As the annual QIP submission period comes to an end, the QIP team is inviting you to raise your hand to share your work with the QIP community!
Do you have an initiative that you are particularly proud of or has achieved excellent results? Your work may be developed into a spotlight story that may be used to facilitate peer learning.
Your spotlight story may be:
- Posted on QIP Navigator
- Shared here on Quorum’s posts page, and/or
- Presented by you/your team at a future webinar
How to participate:
There is no deadline to submit your completed template.
Note: The QIP team is in the process of analyzing submissions to identify themes and initiatives that highlight excellent quality improvement work. As such, some teams may have received an email from the QIP team with a request to participate in developing a spotlight story.
