We are pleased to invite you to our next DASH learning session on Wednesday, January 28th, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm.

We have some exciting updates, and this learning session will build on the foundation established in our project charter and highlight real-world examples of successful Plan–Do–Study–Act (PDSA) change cycles implemented in various settings.
After active engagement in this learning session, participants will be able to:
- Test one or more change ideas using the PDSA cycle
- Move beyond training: translate knowledge into action
- Understand how the Hierarchy of Effectiveness influences change
- Use change management strategies and leverage your staff champions
We are also very fortunate to have two guest speakers presenting their delirium prevention initiatives. Jennie Popplow from Southlake Health and Elliott McMillan from Waterloo Regional Health Network.
We look forward to seeing everyone on January 28th as we continue our collective effort to improve patient experiences and reduce hospital-acquired delirium.
