Who We Are
Quorum is owned and operated by Ontario Health and launched in 2017. It was developed through a collaborative effort involving the Quorum team, an Advisory Group, and health system leaders.
Quorum hosts a range of communities of practice (CoPs) led by Ontario Health program teams and external health system partners. Our CoPs span various health care topic areas and settings and bring together targeted audiences to achieve shared goals. Groups of related CoPs operate as coordinated networks to maximizing alignment and value for members. Together, the Quorum community ecosystem enables efficient knowledge sharing, learning, and collaboration across the health care system.
In late August 2026, Quorum and legacy OHT Shared Space will be amalgamating to create one unified community working to improve and integrate the health care system.
Quorum’s Online Community Manager provides strategic community oversight and serves as subject matter expert and key point of contact for teams across Ontario Health and external health system partners who wish to build and sustain a CoP on Quorum..

Quorum fait partie de la famille de programmes de Santé Ontario visant à améliorer la qualité des soins de santé fournis à travers la province. Nous avons mis au point Quorum dans le cadre d’un effort collaboratif qui impliquait des membres du personnel de Santé Ontario, notre groupe consultatif, et des participants de la communauté d’AQ. Notre équipe de Santé Ontario a dirigé l’élaboration de Quorum et continuera d’orienter la communauté à mesure qu’elle évolue.
