A reminder for hospitals to continue to participate and submit their Never Events information to the Patient Safety Program. The next submission due date is June 30, 2026, for never events that occurred between July 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
Thank you to the hospitals that participate in this initiative. These contributions are vital in driving quality improvement, by informing the development of a Never Events Prevention Plan and shaping our ongoing community of practice sessions.
