Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario) has released the new Cancer Survivorship: Care for Adults in All Settings quality standard, which describes what high-quality care looks like for adults living with, through, and beyond a cancer diagnosis (cancer survivors). Topics include comprehensive assessment, transitions in care, integration with Primary Care, psychosocial support, patient education and self-management, and equitable care.
