This session will focus on Ontario Health’s new pressure injury eReport, an interactive dashboard that captures the rate of hospital-acquired pressure injuries (HAPI). The report supports quality improvement for wound care as part of the Pressure Injuries Quality Standard 5-year update and was developed in close collaboration with the Patient Safety Program.
The team will cover how to access the pressure injury eReport, an overview of the data and available stratifications, and how your team can use this eReport to support your quality improvement projects and pressure injury prevention.
