Today, Helen Bevan tweeted an article by Steve Sewell titled, “From the Process to the Relationship Age”. Steve writes about the importance of process, but that change must consider people and relationships in order to make a meaningful impact. A key quote from the article that resonated with me was:
“In practice, the shift is also evident, and there is a
clear shift away from ‘magic’ processes to one that could be characterised as
being mainly focused on relationships.”
We hope that Quorum can enable this shift. But we know that technology
as an enabler is only one component of building a successful community. I’m
curious to know how you, the Quorum community, may have already made the shift to
the Relationship Age, and how you might use Quorum to build relationships to
support your quality improvement
work?
