Ontario Health invites you to participate in the Ontario
Sepsis Quality Improvement Community of Practice (CoP) learning series. The
next event is on September 28th at 12 p.m.

This series brings together clinical leaders, quality
improvement teams, and system partners from across the province to advance
sepsis care through shared learning and collaboration.
Through a series of virtual sessions, participants will:
- Gain insights into Ontario’s coordinated, evidence-informed
approach to improving sepsis care
- Explore practical strategies to support early identification
and timely escalation of care
- Learn from subject matter experts and peer organizations
implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Explore tools, data insights, and resources to support local
improvement efforts
Each session will focus on key topics aligned with the
provincial sepsis strategy, with opportunities for discussion, knowledge
exchange, and connection across care settings.
Target audience: Hospital-based clinicians, quality
improvement professionals, administrators, and other staff supporting sepsis
care.
