Ontario Health has launched a provincial sepsis quality improvement approach to support early identification and timely initial response across all Ontario hospitals, including a new sepsis eReport dashboard and recommended screening tools to reduce unwarranted variation.
Clinicians and teams are invited to join the Ontario Sepsis Quality Improvement CoP on Quorum to access shared resources and engage with peers.
