discuss the significance of timely and appropriate care for pressure injuries
in the long-term care setting.
Attendees will hear from
leading experts in wound care and learn about innovative models such as the
Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN) Program, which supports frontline staff in
enhancing patient outcomes.
