Do you have QI success stories you'd like to share?
We are inviting health care organizations to share quality improvement success stories that build on or extend the work described in your Quality Improvement Plan submission and show how challenges were addressed to help spread those efforts. If your organization has QI work you would like to share, please email a short description to QIP@OntarioHealth.ca. Our team will follow up with next steps!
