Ontario Sepsis Quality Improvement CoP

The Ontario Sepsis Quality Improvement CoP is for care providers across Ontario committed to timely identification and safe management of sepsis. By sharing resources, data insights, and practical implementation experiences, this CoP helps clinical teams drive progress and ensure consistent, evidence-based care for sepsis patients.

The CoP will be facilitated through this online group on Quorum, encouraging member engagement. Virtual calls will be scheduled to facilitate further collaboration, as needed.

CoP members will gain access to:
• Tools, resources, and guidance on best practices
• Data reports and insights
• Subject matter experts

Through collaboration, coaching, and peer learning, the CoP will aim to reduce unwarranted variation and advance equity in sepsis outcomes across settings and regions.

The CoP is facilitated by quality improvement specialists and clinical leadership at Ontario Health.
