This project has the potential to directly impact the quality of life for the Resident and is a key component of Resident Centered Care philosophy. Implementing a consistent assignment for our PSWs positively affects many quality indicators (ex; Mood, Behaviours because if you know your resident, you may be able to detect small change), staff satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our home.
