The OHT Shared Space brings together those actively participating in the development of Ontario Health Teams with experts across the province, including system leaders, people with lived experience and families, and researchers. We facilitate the sharing of resources and experiences, while encouraging discussion, planning, and collective problem-solving towards integrating care and achieving the quadruple aim in Ontario.
