Wesway's Court Street Respite Home is a 24/7 respite service that is community based. It provides respite to families that are caring for family members with diverse, often complex, care needs. The number of medication errors occurring at the Respite Home was identified as a problem and therefore made sense to undertake for this Quality Improvement IDEAS Project.
