Ontario Health's recently hosted an accredited quality improvement (QI) session which highlighted the use of practice-level data for improvement initiatives, including the MyPractice Primary Care Report data and the value of teams in supporting change.
Target Audience: All primary care providers, including clinicians, administrators, inter-professional and multi-disciplinary team members who are dedicated to quality improvement and looking to leverage practice level data to identify and implement change ideas for improved patient care.
