If you are a member of one or more groups on Quorum, visit your group(s) and click on the "Subcribe to updates" button to receive an email notification when there is new activity.
Once you are subscribed, simply click on the same button again if you want to unsubscribe.
You can also manage your email notification frequency by clicking on your name (top right corner of Quorum) and selecting "Manage Communications" from the drop down menu. Choose between instant, hourly, daily, and weekly. The default setting is hourly.
