Ontario Health invites you to join our accredited QI webinar series, where we discuss the significance of utilizing practice-level data for improved patient care with a panel of expert clinicians and quality champions.
The upcoming session ‘A Team Approach to QI’ will highlight the value of leveraging teams, particularly Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to use data for improvement initiatives.

Attendees will hear from our physician champion about the value of team-based approach for improved patient care and learn about practice-level ideas and overcoming challenges from our dyad. The session will also provide insights into the new Primary Care Integrated Report (PCIR) and information on available resources for QI.
Audience:
- All primary care health team members, including clinicians, administrators and office assistants who are dedicated to quality improvement and are looking to leverage practice level data in order to identify and implement change ideas to improve patient care.
This Mainpro+Ⓡ accredited series supports the primary care sector in utilizing data for improvement and is offered to primary care clinicians and teams in conjunction with our asynchronous audio-series delivery format, to support learner access.
