The North West LHIN Regional Orthopaedic Program focused on the collection of valid and reliable retrospective data to determine if we improved value for our patients along the continuum with the integrated care and funding model versus traditional methods.
This IDEAS team had the following aim statement;
Big Dot AIM - By Sept 1, 2019, 80% of LHIN 14 total hip and knee surgery patient experience scores will be top box.
Project AIM - By Sept 1, 2018, 20% of patients who are in the process of having or have completed a TKR or THR in the 2017-2018 year in LHIN 14 will be consulted to provide data to assist with LHIN 14 hip and knee surgery pathway system improvement
