This community of practice (CoP) is intended for clinical, quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management teams across all health sectors to share and learn about topics related to patient safety. This CoP will give members the opportunity to come together with peers to discuss improvement opportunities and share learnings from patient safety related incidents, hospital never events, quality improvement plans, and other work to help improve the culture around patient safety. <br/><br/>The goals of this CoP are to: <br/>- Collaborate, share, and learn about best practices in patient safety; <br/>- Highlight work being done within your team or organization; <br/>- Access quality improvement tools and resources, including those related to the Never Events Hospital Reporting initiative; and <br/>- Engage with peers in webinars, discussions, and Q&A. <br/><br/>This CoP is supported by clinical leadership and quality improvement specialists at Ontario Health. <br/><br/>For questions, comments, or feedback, please contact QualityandPatientSafety@ontariohealth.ca
