On behalf of the Excellence through Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP) partners (AMHO, CMHA Ontario, PSSP), Ontario Health, the Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions and the OCAN Community of Interest, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend our virtual conference, QI Innovations: Better Data, Better Decisions, Better Outcomes, being held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.
Registration is now open and our one-day virtual conference is being offered to you for FREE.
The theme of this year’s conference is the utilization of data from standardized tools to improve outcomes at the client, organizational and system-level. This event is intended for mental health and addiction providers and system planners who are interested in data driven decision making and quality improvement.
This one-day virtual conference will offer networking opportunities, poster presentations, concurrent sessions, wellness activities, and more.
We are hoping to attract over 500 participants, 20 exhibitors, and leaders in quality improvement across Ontario. Although our conference is virtual, we will be using an interactive platform that will include a networking component which will offer all participants the ability to connect with other attendees and exhibitors who have similar areas of interest. We encourage everyone to share ideas, collaborate and network with each other during scheduled opportunities in the day and after the conference as the platform will be accessible for several months after the conference.
This conference will explore the following four streams:
- Use of data at the client/tenant level: This stream will explore the use of data collected from standardized tools to make improvements at the client/tenant level.
- Use of data at the program/organization level: This stream will explore the use of data collected from standardized tools to make improvements at the program/organization level.
- Use of data at the system level: This stream will explore the use of data collected from standardized tools to make improvements at the system level.
- Special Topic: Child and Youth: This stream will explore the use of data collected from standardized tools to make improvements within the Child and Youth sector.
